Welcome to ASB Solutions, LLP (Sanja Djuric, 6 Week Fix & MacrosForLife) ("my", "we," "us," or "our"), where we help adults achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized macros, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline your rights, obligations, and responsibilities while engaging with our web sites, services and digital products. By accessing or using our website, content, programs, or services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
The Product/s, including but not limited to content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Sanja Djuric, 6 Week fix & ASB Solutions, LLP. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in any Product.
2. Eligibility:
Our programs are specifically designed for adults (18+) seeking to improve their health and fitness through sustainable lifestyle changes. By enrolling, you confirm that you:
● Are at least 18 years of age.
● Understand and accept the risks associated with health and fitness programs.
● Will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet these criteria or violates our guidelines.
3. Services Provided
ASB Solutions, LLP offers the following services:
● Custom Macronutrient Plans: Developed based on your body type, goals, and preferences.
● Fitness and Exercise Guidance: Including workouts tailored to your age, fitness level, and specific needs.
● Lifestyle Coaching: Educational content and tools designed to help you sustain long-term changes.
These services are for informational purposes only and are not intended as medical or therapeutic advice. We cannot guarantee specific results as outcomes vary based on individual factors, including adherence, effort, and unique health conditions.
4. Health and Liability Disclaimer
● You acknowledge that the information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
● You are solely responsible for consulting with your physician or other qualified health professionals to ensure that the diet and fitness plans are appropriate for your individual needs and conditions.
● You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in our programs, including injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes.
Release of Liability: By using our services, you agree to release ASB Solutions, LLP, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from your participation in our programs.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
● Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Failure to process payment will result in a cancellation of your access to our programs or services.
● Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or non-delivery of promised services by ABS Solutions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of payment.
● Once access has been provided to program materials, refunds will not be granted due to dependence upon individual commitment and effort.
We are not responsible for missed results due to non-compliance or partial adherence to the program.
6. User Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to:
● Provide accurate and truthful information about your health, fitness level, and dietary (e.g. allergies) needs.
● Follow the recommendations and guidelines provided in your program.
● Notify us immediately of any changes in your health or physical condition.
Failure to disclose pertinent health information may result in injury or other adverse effects, for which ASB Solutions, LLP is not liable.

8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by ASB Solutions, LLP, including meal plans, workout guides, educational materials, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of ASB Solutions, LLP and may not be shared or disseminated with others for their, or your benefit or any other purpose, whatever the intent.
● You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in any Product.
● You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without prior written consent.
● Unauthorized use may result in legal action and financial penalties.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASB Solutions LLP, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to use the Product/s at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product/s and destroy any copies you may have.
13. Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
