Do I need any special equipment to follow the workout plan?

Not necessarily equipment, but you’ll need a gym membership, an electronic food scale, a body scale that measures fat percentage, a recommended app for measuring macros, and, most importantly, a strong will to succeed. Before starting any of my products or programs, I recommend doing some prep work: get familiar with your gym and its equipment, carve out dedicated gym time in your schedule, and eliminate excuses. Your success is my success, and I’m fully committed to helping you achieve your goals. If you’ve never been to a gym or are returning after a long break, it’s highly advisable—almost mandatory—to spend 2 weeks acclimating. This will help you get past the Alarm Stage, where muscle soreness can be intense and discouraging. Use this time to build familiarity and prepare your body for the program. Talk to your family, make a plan, and fully commit to the 6 weeks. With focus and determination, you will succeed!

How long will it take before I start seeing results?

If you’re 40, 50, or even 60 lbs away from your goal, you shouldn’t expect to see muscle definition in the first week. However, you will likely notice your scale and body fat numbers dropping every morning when you weigh yourself. If you’re within 10–20 lbs of your goal or have hit a Plateau, muscle definition can become visible as early as the first week, provided you strictly follow the program. Consistency is key, and with dedication, you’ll see real progress!

Can I follow this program if I have dietary restrictions or specific health concerns?

I’m not a doctor, so if you have specific health concerns or dietary restrictions, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting this program. My Metabolic Reset program requires a high level of commitment to following macros and a gym routine. In my Master Macros program, I teach you how to customize your macros, so you can enjoy the foods you love while still reaching your goals. If you’ve experienced recent physical injuries, such as broken bones or joint issues in the last 6 months, my program may not be the best fit for you right now. I’ve had my fair share of surgeries and injuries, but that didn’t stop me from staying active. However, we all have different pain tolerances and commitment levels, so it’s essential to assess whether you’re ready for this kind of dedication.

If you have multiple food allergies, my Metabolic Reset program may not be suitable for you.
